Return & Cancellation Policy


1. Return Period

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unused, with all original tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Important: Returns without prior approval will not be accepted. Please contact us at cs@caryholt.com before sending anything back.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, email cs@caryholt.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide detailed return instructions.

Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Once approved, your return will result in one of the following:

  • A refund to your original payment method (full-price items only)
  • A store credit (gift card)

Sale Items: All sale items and promotional offers are final sale. They are not eligible for refunds—only store credit may be issued if they meet return conditions.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or promotional items (store credit only)

5. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery at cs@caryholt.com so we can resolve the issue.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or model:

  1. Return the original item following the return process above.
  2. Place a new order for the item you want.

7. Cancellations

  • Full-price orders may be cancelled within 30 minutes of purchase for a full refund.
  • Sale or promotional orders are only eligible for store credit, even within the 30-minute window.

8. Preorders & Restocked Items

Preorders are considered final sale. Refunds for preorders are only possible after delivery. We reserve the right to extend estimated delivery dates by up to 15 days.

9. EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

10. Refunds & Store Credit

  • Full-price items: Eligible for a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days after the return is received and approved.
  • Sale items: Eligible for store credit only.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund or store credit, please email us at cs@caryholt.com.

11. Unclaimed Packages

If a package is not collected within 15 days, it will be returned to us and reshipped at your expense.
