Order Processing
We strive to process all orders within 1–3 business days. However, certain factors such as incomplete payment, insufficient address information, or high demand during peak seasons may affect processing times. In such cases, we will contact you via email to ensure successful delivery.
Shipping Times
- United States: 7–10 business days
- International: 10–14 business days
Please note that shipping times can be influenced by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, holiday seasons, and carrier delays. We will keep you informed using all available information.
Taxes and Duties
Placing an order with us does not cover any customs taxes or duties that may be imposed by your country. You are responsible for handling these charges. For clarification on rates, please contact your country's customs office.
Important: Cary Holt is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes in the destination country. The release timing of your package is solely at the discretion of customs authorities.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order after payment, please contact us at cs@caryholt.com. We will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee cancellation as orders are quickly forwarded to the warehouse. If processing or shipping has already occurred, cancellation may not be possible.
